What we collect
When you join the launch list, we collect your email address and, if you choose to answer it, your answer to the question about your biggest challenge as a manager.
If you click Accept on the cookie banner, we also collect analytics data through Google Analytics 4: for example, which pages you visit, how you found the site, and the type of device and browser you use. If you click Decline, we do not load Google Analytics.
Why we collect it
We use your email address to send you updates about the launch of Manage Your Way, including when it becomes available. We read your answer about your biggest challenge to understand what new managers need, so we can shape the workbook. We use analytics data to understand how people find and use the site.
We only use your data with your consent. You give it when you join the launch list or accept analytics cookies, and you can withdraw it at any time.
Who stores your data
Your email address and your answer are stored by MailerLite, the email service we use to run the launch list. MailerLite processes this data on our behalf. If you accept analytics cookies, analytics data is processed by Google.
MailerLite stores data within the EU. Google may process analytics data outside the EU, under the safeguards described in Google's privacy terms.
How long we keep it
We keep your email address and your answer until you unsubscribe. Every email we send has an unsubscribe link, or you can email us at debbie@theauthenticmanager.com.
Your cookie choice is stored in a small cookie on your device for 180 days.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected if it is wrong, and to have it deleted. You also have the right to restrict or object to how we process it, the right to data portability (to receive your data in a commonly used format), and the right to withdraw your consent at any time. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
